Partners in Progress Bull Sale Results

A packed crowd of over 300 cattlemen braved over 3 inches of rain and frigid temperatures to attend the inaugural Suhn Cattle Company – Camp Cooley Ranch® Partners in Progress Sale.
The support of registered and commercial cattleman alike proved the strength of the combine forces of two of the leading genetic suppliers in the registered seedstock business with an average of $3,407 over 200 lots.
Leading off the sale were two flush mates sired by Ali of Brinks and out of Suhn Cattle Company's famed donor cow Miss CC NewsDay 416E. Suhn's Affirmed 416N4 led off the sale commanding $19,000 and was purchased by Cavendar Ranches of Bullard, Texas. Affirmed's full brother, Suhn's Alydar 416N3 ran a close second fetching $17,000 and was purchase by TJM Ranch of Ingram, Texas.
Topping the spring yearling's was KB Cadence 201P. This powerful Candence son, bred by Kirkham Brangus, boosted an impressive EPD package and was purchased for $13,500 by Four L Farms of Layette, TN.
Cooley's Powerpack 4214 who sold for $4,000 to Joe Gregory of Cat Springs, Texas, topped the sale's Angus offering. The lead off Charolais bull was Cooley Sir Duke 58N2 and was purchase for $3,500 by Blaine Oswald of Effingham, KS. Both bulls were bred by Camp Cooley Ranch®.
